I’ve been going to Delux Nails for 4 months and have been consistently thrilled with the service and pricing — great quality work at fair prices. Kim is a perfectionist and my nails always come out top quality. I saw a negative review claiming poor service and staff being on their phones the whole time — that has never been my or my family’s experience. Service has always been attentive and professional. This was one of the most disappointing pedicure experiences I’ve ever had. My cuticles were completely ignored and not treated at all. When I went to pay, I was informed that the quoted price did not include a tip, which was unexpected. On top of that, the gel polish was applied very poorly. The quality was so bad that my sister and I ended up visiting another salon and paying to have the entire pedicure redone. The appointment lasted only about 20 minutes from beginning to end, which clearly showed in the quality of the work. Unfortunately, I will not be returning and cannot recommend this salon to others.
